Will this piece of equipment tie into my existing line?

Yes, our machines come standard with ethernet PLC controls for easy integration to your existing line. You can also get your machine priced with any brand PLC for integration.

Why would I need to upgrade to VFD motor to diver the Flipster?

Our base machine comes with an air cylindar drive that will flip the cases. Upgrading to a VFD will provide a more percise movement of the rotery basket with a smooth start and stop. There are times that a VFD will be required based on factors such as wieght, case size, and run rate.

Do I need to specify the case orientation?

Yes, determining the case orientation is important to ensure the machine is designed according to how cases will be fed into the flipster. Typicly the cases would travel into the flipster narrow side first.

Do you offer washdown capable equipment?

Yes we do, this is an option that we can quote for any machine. The standard is mild steel and is safe for "wipe down" cleaning. We also offer a stainless option for more corrosive environments or heavier cleaning. Our washdown options allows for full washdown including high pressure washing.

What should I expect once I request a quote?

After you request a quote, our team will review your requirements and reach out within 1-2 business days. We may also follow up to confirm details to ensure the solution matches your needs. Once we have all of the information needed, we should have a quote back to you within a week. This can very depending on how custom the machine is.

Why do you need case or product samples to provide a firm quote? What if I don’t have any?

Providing case samples helps us guarantee the machine will handle your packaging accurately. If you don’t have samples available, we can work with you to gather the necessary specifications or suggest suitable case prototypes that align with your needs.

What information should I provide to get an accurate quote?
