Emerald Automation would like to offer you our professional services in a new unique package. We have put together a combination of machinery evaluation and service to ensure your equipment is finely tuned and ready to perform.

Our experienced service technicians will schedule regular intervals to inspect and maintain your equipment. In addition, we will offer upgrades, recommend spare parts and training for operators and mechanics.

Inspection Package

Our technicians will perform a monthly inspection of all your equipment. Failing parts will be identified. Upgrade recommendations, and any other maintenance items will be documented in a professional report. This report will be submitted the next day to your maintenance manager. Call for pricing.

Preventative Maintenance Package

Designed to give you the benefit of our premium service with the Inspection Plan, as well as additional support for your maintenance crew. We will provide the same level of service as the Inspection Package, but also repair & replace identified items as we work. This plan includes a technician for 1 day/week to perform tasks at your discretion. We are able to work with your inventory of parts or provide them to you at a reduced rate! Call for pricing.
